Singlemode or multimode in line or receptacle Hermetic Feedthrough for High vacuum and Ultra High vacuum applications.
All of our devices include a rod that keeps the continuity of the fiber, allowing a
low insertion loss and maintain the hermeticity when disconnected.

HV Version :
- Standard receptacle hermetic feedthrough mounted on a KF flange.
- Connectors : SMA, ST, FC/PC, FC/APC et FC/PC for PM fiber
- Leak rate : 10-3 à 10-8 mbar.l/sec Hélium
- Standard size of KF flange : DN40 (other size available on request)

UHV Version :
- Specific design : stainless steel tube welded on a CF Flange
- Connectors : SMA, ST, FC/PC, FC/APC, FC/PC for PM fiber, Nanoptic & Microptic
- Leak rate : 10-7 à 10-10 mbar.l/sec Hélium
- Standard size of CF flange : DN16 (other size available on request)
- Flange multi-fibers available on request
