DESCRIPTION Steel armor / polyethylene overjacket construction used for rodent and lightning protection of optical fiber cables. Armor overjacket features include corrugated steel tape (1,5mm thickness) with plastic on both sides. The armor is easily removed with an integral Kevlar ripcord. This eliminates the need to splice outdoor cable to indoor cable.
APPLICATIONS - Protection from rodent - Aerial applications.
