DESCRIPTION

HCS GI Fibers have a good bandwidth due to their graded index construction and  the HCS coating provides higher tensile strength and greater resistance to moisture.
A 200µm silica cladding also increase substantially the mechanical resistance.
These new fibers are fully compatible with the traditional graded index acrylate fibers. Thanks to the hard polymer they are easy to terminate with the crimp and cleave technology thus allowing fast and easy field installation.
