DESCRIPTION The military tactical cables are designed for military tactical field data communications as well as in deployment / retrieval applications such as video coverage or oil exploration. Two constructions are offered, distribution or breakout design. In the distribution design the fibers have a 500µm acrylate buffer and a 900µm hard elastomeric secondary tight buffer protection. In the breakout construction each fiber is a subcable with aramid for individual single fiber connector termination. Both types are polyurethane jacketed for abrasion, cut and chemical resistance. Fiber count from 2 to 24. Operating temperature -55°C to 85°C.
